White Pine Systems, Inc., the owner of the proVizor brand, is a Delaware corporation.  Originally founded in 2006 in Ann Arbor, Michigan as a Michigan Limited Liability company, White Pine converted to a Delaware corporation in 2019.  White Pine is privately funded.  Investors include the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, through the Pre-Seed Fund, administrated by Ann Arbor Spark.  For additional information, please contact Doug Dormer, the founder and CEO.
