In previous episodes, we discussed the Healthcare Roadmap and defined likely characteristics for a future state referred to as “The Learning Health System.” In this episode, we describe a simple framework for considering where we are, either as an organization or as an industry. Applying a simple four quadrant analysis can serve as the starting point for a discussion not only of where we are, but to guide us to next steps along the Healthcare Roadmap.
